BENEFITS PACKAGE

Medical
Our health care provider of choice is Health Net. Rose Business Solutions pays 100% of the monthly premium for our team members.

Dental
Our dental provider of choice is Met Life. Rose Business Solutions covers 100% of the monthly premium for our team members.

Flexible Spending Accounts
Team members may choose to participate in our medical or dependent care flexible spending account. This budgeting plan allows you to use pretax dollars to cover certain expenses not covered by medical and dental insurance plans.

401(k)
All team members who work 1,000 hours per year are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan and may enroll during enrollment periods in January, April, July, and October. Our plan allows deferment of 1% to 15% of eligible compensation annually. We also will contribute up to 50% of your contribution annually. A vesting schedule does apply.

Sabbatical Program
After 7 years of service, full-time team members are eligible for a four-week paid sabbatical in addition to your annual vacation.

Sick Time and Paid Time Off
After the first year anniversary, team members earn 15 paid time off days per year. Paid time off is used for vacation, illness and personal business.

Holidays
We observe 10 holidays. We are closed on New Year’s eve, New Year's Day, President's day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving day and the day after, and Christmas and the day before or after, and ½ day on Good Friday.
