Lead CRM Consultant - filled
Rose Business Solutions, an award winning Microsoft Gold Certified Reseller is seeking a Lead CRM Consultant for its Business Solutions Group to ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft CRM software solutions.
The Lead CRM Consultant is responsible for managing the delivery of a billable consulting team, managing the life cycle of client projects from the design phase to execution to customer support, and for the development of implementation plans. This position will act as the primary point of contact between the client, the vendor, and all team members involved with the project. The Lead has ultimate responsibility for the success of the client project and for assuring the quality of the solution delivered to the client. They may also serve as a billable consultant when needed.
Travel: • Approximately 10%
Key Functions:
Project management
· Complete successfully assigned project task deliverables, with high levels of quality and customer satisfaction and within budget requirements;
· Lead junior staff as part of project tasks;
· Support the development of consulting proposals.
Sales Support
· Participate in the pre-post sales process, including Client meetings, proposal development and demonstrations.
· Identify follow-on sales opportunities in accounts and alert engagement manager
Delivery
· Work with Client personnel to analyze current and future business processes to create deploying planning specification
· Install and configure software with existing environment
· Customize changes to data models, forms, work flow and User interface based on the planning specification
· Identify potential design limitations and develop strategies to migrate delivery risk
· Test data initialization, system architecture, error handling and security groups for various roles
· Train end-users
Qualifications
· Requires a BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
· 4+ years of verifiable experience in business or technology consulting with 2+ years specialization in CRM
· Experience implementing Microsoft CRM or other(i.e.: Salesforce, SalesLogix, Sieble…) CRM systems
· Installing and configuring Microsoft CRM
· Defining Client requirements and developing business processes for use with Microsoft CRM
· Solid understanding of current technologies including Microsoft.NET, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML, XML, and web services
· Provide end user training
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Microsoft certifications highly desirable
· Desire and ability to mentor and coach junior staff
· A team player
· Willingness to travel when needed, however we require little.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Servers and the .Net development toolset is required
