ERP Account Executive - filled

Rose Business Solutions, an award winning, Gold Certified Microsoft Reseller (Great Plains, Solomon and MSCRM) has an immediate need for a high performing Sales Executive to join our growing SD office.  This position is responsible for generating revenue by prospecting and closing sales.  Face-to-face contact and relationship building is the primary tools this person will use to sell product and services directly to end users.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

 3 - 5 years of selling integrated enterprise software with the MBS Product line or any other ERP software (Epicor, SAP, JD Edwards, MAS 500, Lawson).

• Strong technical and business accounting background is preferred.

• Small business and/or mid-market experience is highly desirable.

Ability to manage a complex sales cycle with multiple buying influences.

• Ability using a proven sales methodology and updating in-house CRM systems.

 Ability to "team sell" by working collaboratively with consulting resources and leading the selling team through the process.

 Proven ability to meet or exceed quota.

 Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sale pipeline.

 Ability to collaborate and promote the company with assistance from marketing.

 Excellent influence and negotiation skills.

• Highly motivated and self-disciplined.

 Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Our company is an award winning, full service IT and Business Solution consulting business.  We have a strong existing customer base and fast growing new customer additions.  We offer an energetic, fast paced office with a youthful and social office atmosphere.   The right candidate will have the ability to grow in most any direction desired.

 

Compensation is offered with a base salary of 80K - 90K, a lucrative commission/bonus structure (with no cap), and a comprehensive benefit package including a one month sabbatical after seven years of employment in addition to the normal vacation time.

Minor travel to LA and OC will be required.  Other minor trips for Microsoft conferences, training, etc. will also be necessary. 

Total travel percentage = approximately 10%
