Rose Business Solutions Encourages Client Input from its Customer Advisory Board
SAN DIEGO; April 3, 2006 – Rose Business Solutions, Inc. has turned the tables on its clients by putting them in the advisor’s role.
The 15-year-old, award-winning financial systems selection and
implementation firm started a customer advisory board two years ago.
Input from the board has led to new hires as well as improved programs,
including a new tiered approach to technical support with dedicated
staff to manage it; a more focused series of customer satisfaction
surveys; and, most recently, an advanced technical service option that,
like a housecall, requires a Rose Business Solutions’ technology
specialist to travel to the client’s location at regular intervals to
manage the server technology that hosts their critical business
software. Also launched recently is an easy-to-use web-based portal
that client staff can use to access all of the business information and
processes they need to get their jobs done from their desktop.
Representatives of Accredited Home Lenders, Karl Strauss Breweries,
HealthLine Systems, 3E Company, Santarus, Inc., Kintera, La Jolla Beach
& Tennis Club, DivX Corp., and Rokenbok Toy Company have joined the
2006-2007 board and will serve for a one-year term, attending all
quarterly meetings and user groups and participating in the Rose
Business Solutions Annual Customer Conference.
