K. Linda Rose, founder, has 21 years experience in public and private accounting. For the past 17 years, she has served as CEO of Rose Business Solutions. Ms. Rose has built the company to be San Diego’s largest value added reseller for Microsoft Business Solutions. Her firm, formerly known as K. Linda Rose & Company, has implemented hundreds of installations for small and medium size businesses spanning a variety of industries.

Ms. Rose is also COO and co-founder of ThompsonRose Interim Professionals. ThompsonRose was established in 1998 to deliver flexible, cost-effective staffing solutions to San Diego companies by providing effective, experienced interim and part-time accounting and financial professionals.

Finally, to round out the suite of services to her firm's clients, Ms Rose also serves as founder and CEO of RoseASP.com, a full-service application service provider founded to provide high quality deployment of enterprise financial applications, customer relationship management, human resources, asset management and enterprise reporting.

Ms. Rose started her career at Arthur Andersen & Co. with positions in both San Diego and World Headquarters in Chicago. She has a Master’s in Taxation and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She is a graduate of San Diego State University where she graduated with Honors. She was certified by the California State Board of Accountancy as a CPA in 1988. Ms. Rose was named the “100 Most Influential People in Accounting” in 2001.

Ms. Bunas, Vice President, has eighteen years of experience in business management. For the last seven years with Rose Business Solutions, formerly K. Linda Rose & Company, she has led the Customer Sales and Service Teams, which consists of the firm’s Customer Care and Customer Development/Training programs. She has assisted in growing the firm's customer base to reach beyond San Diego and Southern California. Ms. Bunas also is very active with RoseASP and the development of its customer base and service initiatives. Some of her other responsibilities include the marketing and human resources area of the company.

Ms. Bunas began her career with ITT Sheraton specializing in guest services, reservations, and group meeting coordination. Ms. Bunas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Wittenberg University, Springfield, Ohio. She is a Customer Sales Manager with Microsoft Business Solutions and is a member of the CSM Advisory Board. Ms. Bunas was awarded the “Excellence in Customer Service Award” from Microsoft Business Solutions in March 2002, and the “Customer Sales Manager of the Year Award” in September 2002.

J.J. Hanson, the CTO for Rose Business Solutions and its sister company RoseASP, is a proven industry professional with significant leadership in technology and infrastructure engineering solutions for early stage companies to large enterprises. Mr. Hanson leads both companies technology consulting divisions, as well as managing its over 8,500 users in our hosting environment. His 16 years of business experience includes a significant finance background making him uniquely qualified to balance leading technology solutions with sound business and financial considerations.

Prior to Rose Business Solutions and RoseASP, Mr. Hanson held various Director and Sr. Director executive positions with Microsoft/MSNBC Interactive, Cable & Wireless USA, Conxion Corp., and CenterBeam Inc., with primary responsibility for network and server system engineering, operational infrastructure, and the implementation of thousands of servers throughout the continental U.S. and Western Europe. His scope of responsibility covered capital and operating budget responsibility ranging from $5M to $70M, customer support, the building of data centers through the U.S., the integration of production systems with all major NBC set news shows, as well as remote production systems/teams/support and satellite intake systems for events such as Presidential Inauguration, Summer and Winter Olympics, Gulf war, Bosnia, and other major news events.

Mr. Hanson earned a BA in Accounting from Boise State University where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma National Honor Society as well as several local, professional, community, and youth organizations in which he participates actively.
